Day’s in Jasper is the only place I will ever buy a car from again, as long as they continue to be the dealership they are right now. I recently told a sales man up at a Chevrolet dealership in Chattanooga that Chevy has forgotten the little man and I must say I was wrong it is the dealership who makes or breaks the deal. Day’s in Jasper have remembered the regular everyday people who drive their vehicles and Tammy is awesome she’s straight forward to the point and will help you in anyway possible. Enjoy dealing with her she helped us tremendously. Our family are Chevy people and I know of 3 that have bought from day’s in Jasper now. I hope to be dealing with them again down the road.
Kenny was great. I think we reached a fair deal on our purchase. I expected the long part to be making the deal (that is going back and forth with the sales manager to wear us down), but in fact that was the quickest part. We had a rather long wait to get to the finance manager to complete our transaction after we had agreed on the price and then another wait to have the new car orientation person meet with us. That said, everyone was very nice, apologetic and polite. Nothing major, just overall the experience would have been better if it had not taken so long to complete the purchase.
This was my second buying experience with Day’s Chevrolet Jasper and in both instances Mr. Ricky Ray was my salesman. Never once did I feel pressured and Ricky was attentive and answered all of my questions. A consummate professional. Definitely a positive buying experience.
