Was told I did not have 'disappearing deductible' on my extended warranty for the second time in a month, thanks Day's Rockmart for addressing the issue with the warranty! Appears they repaired the vehicle this time, second time is a charm.
Again, Day's Chevrolet Service Department did not disappoint. Many thanks to Luke, who helped me during his lunch break, to ascertain the damage to a tire and to assure me that I could drive the truck back home. He immediately set up an appointment to fix the problem. Both, my husband and I, actually enjoy our experiences at Day's and speak very highly of them!
I knew the work would take a while but I decided to wait at the dealership. I was updated periodically on the progress of the work and offered a vehicle to go get lunch, which I did. Very satisfied with the work and the folks running the service department.
Robert and Luke in the service department are very knowledgeable about GM vehicles. I thoroughly enjoy talking to them when ever I bring my vehicle in for service. They explain everything in great detail and usually I don't have any follow up questions. The mechanics in the shop do an outstanding job. I've never had to bring my vehicle back because of a complication with a repair. I will be back when something else goes wrong with my vehicle.
