I had a tire with low pressure, took it to Robert Kidd, he quickly found a screw in the tire, added air so I could get to an appointment and then took me back in at 4:40 same day for tire replacement. He and the service team were so accommodating considering it was close to closing time. They helped a damsel in distress - they always do!

The whole staff was awesome! Everyone was very friendly and absolutely no one was pushy. Tammy Walker was my salesperson and she was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly and knowledgeable and I never once felt pressured. It was absolutely the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had buying a car.
