the high rating is only for Robert in service, I will only come to Days for service mainly because of Robert and service dept. I will never buy another vehicle from days no matter what. Back in the spring when I was trying to buy a new truck the sales manager not only reduce the price but tried to rip me off for trade in on my truck . I was wanting a particular 2012 High Country which I was ok with price. However as far as trade in on my 2018 Silverado with 20K miles would only give me 35,500. I talked to my old dealer in NC and had told me that he would give me 41,500 trade in but also had the same 2021 high Country which he gave me a better price on, so I drove 10 hours and purchased my 2021 High Country. Shame on you sales manager and Sandy the sales person.I will tell anyone looking for a Chevrolet not to go to Days.
Feel the parts were over priced. Robert stated he would get with the parts department 3 different time to see what could be done to reduce the price of the fuel filter head and never attempted anything. Timelines was not was not I was told. Overall the truck runs now. That is a good thing

Once had a trip panned to leave next day,forgot to get oil changed went by explain the situation, they worked my truck in.all others time call and set appointment either leave truck if need to leave, if not will wait which is not long.
