friendly, professional experience...as always. Just wish GM engineering could get this brake thing solved, more than a little disconcerting when brake goes to floor on mountain roads. 3d visit in the last 4 months for brake related recalls or issues.
My Corvette is making a groaning sound when cold, the service department spent a considerable time determining the location of this sound and we have scheduled an appointment to have the issue addressed.
Had appointment made week advance for bad glo plug with my truck under warranty still. They serviced my vehicle and the truck was returned to me. I noticed light was still on when I got back in my truck and showed the employee and his response was he had moved on to better things. So my check engine light was never fixed for the glo plug. My truck had issues starting and running rough. I can not get a managers to contact me and no one was willing to help me. They had me leave with problems with my vehicle and I will not being doing anymore bussiness there. Had I known of this customer service and employee Luke is The Who I’d be dealing with every service I would of bought my vehicle somewhere else. Poor customer service. But none the less had no problem charging me $209 for service and not fixing my vehicle.
