Guys in the service department were excellent as always. My mechanic (Kitty) did a really good job and picked up on something that needed to be done that I had not scheduled. Sherri the service billing clerk was friendly and efficient as always. The whole experience was good, it did take a little bit longer than I expected, but not a problem.
I in particular appreciate Robert at the service desk. I actually followed him from the Canton to the Jasper Chevy dealership and bought my current car from the Jasper dealership. I like his service best.
Andy was fantastic! I loved how he answered my questions quickly via email, but without pressure and constant phone calls. He was knowledgeable and efficient! Also, the entire team at Day’s was excellent! Thank you!
