Everyone was very helpful and answered all my questions when trying to use my points that I got when I bought the car. The service department did a wonderful job in handling my appointment from scheduling it to finishing it up.
The only problem that I had, was the service manager that I was working with went on vacation and did not tell me to call another manager, plus no one called me to tell me that my truck was ready. I was on a tight timeline of getting my truck back, so it was upsetting to me to leave message after message with no one calling me back for three days after it was suppose to be ready. Information should be passed on to another manager in this case.
