My experience was excellent!! Sandy Gilrealth is wonderful. She is an exceptional sales person. Smart, concerned, attentive, knowledgeable, and very personable. A true professional. Her Sales Mgr Joe, another true professional , worked with me to make this purchase work. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased at Days Chevrolet Jasper from Sandy and Joe. Wonderful dealership with excellent staffing!!!

When I called to schedule my appointment I explained that we were going out of town and they worked us in. Robert the service writer, Sherry the nice lady in customer service and Mike the service manager could not have been more courteous and professional.

I walked in with no appointment. My car needed a battery right away, I had to get a boost. It was in stock. An hour later they were done. Also changed the cabin air filter.

Days did a great job taking care of my truck. They always complete service on time, regardless of how much they need to do, they give you updates through text and always let you know when they are complete. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Called your service department to say my car was broke and could I have it towed to your location. The service department said sure bring it we will take care of it. My car sat in your lot for more then 10 days with nobody looking at it. Jess in your service department is one of the rudest people I have ever spoke to. My husband went to your dealership to speak to the service advisor he had no interest in taking care of anything. We took the car home without any service. Saddest part is I was going to be looking to purchase a new vehicle from your dealership and now I would not step foot in you place of business. A very sad way to treat customers.
