Had a service appt for a recall that I drive an hour to get there and they don’t have the parts even after I asked earlier in the week when the service appt reminder came in and all was good but I was very disappointed I bought my truck there but I’ll go to the main days store from now on Brenda sue takes care of her customers my shop I run is one of days biggest accounts they have chip is great down there but this Harper service I’ve never heard anything good I tried it but not again

Tim always does a great job. It’s unfortunate that although we knew the issue and the part that would be required to resolve the issue we had to wait for the tech to confirm. 3 weeks to get it diagnosed and now a wait for the back ordered part. Just glad the car is drivable.

It was an easy experience as far a dropping off and picking up. I would give them 5 stars but I got new windshield wipers and they forgot to put windshield washer fluid in my car. Seems like a given that a dealership service dept would know to top off the windshield wiper fluid. I hope they didn't forget my oil!

Top notch service department!

I brought in my 2015 Silverado 2500 High Country for a basic service and to address two dash warnings — trailer brake maintenance and low coolant. They diagnosed the issues and quoted me $798, which supposedly covered a glow plug, headlight bulb, coolant reservoir sensor, and the basic service. I was told nothing was wrong with the trailer brake system and that they couldn’t get the message to reappear. The moment I picked up my truck, the error came right back on. I immediately pulled back into the dealership. As the technician hooked up his computer, antifreeze began pouring out from under my hood. The technician and manager quickly rushed my truck back into the garage and away from me. A few hours later, they called to inform me that I had blown a head gasket — something that conveniently happened right after their service. When I tried to escalate the situation to the owner, Mike Cowart attempted to intimidate me by saying, “We are required by law to report to the EPA when we work on a deleted truck.” This same dealership has serviced my deleted truck for four years without any mention of that until now. Now, on top of the original $798 bill, I’m facing $5,000–$6,000 in repairs for a head gasket replacement — which I’ll have to pay a third party for because they don’t even offer that service. I fully accept responsibility for the original service costs, but Day’s Chevrolet should absolutely cover the head gasket repair. Their handling of this situation was unprofessional, evasive, and unethical. I will strongly caution anyone considering service here to think twice before trusting you guys with their vehicle. Their poor management holds no accountability or responsibility over their uneducated technicians.

A little disappointed an oil change took 1 hour and 45 minutes. I booked my appointments months ago. I was told they got busy - which probably means they overbooked. A gentlemen who came in after me, left before I did.

They thoroughly inspected the vehicle. Let me know of a few items of concern and recommended repairs. Was able to complete scheduled service work plus the additional repairs in one visit so there was no scheduling new appointments. Everything works fine now.

This is the second time I have had to check my tire pressure before I left the dealership and the pressures were low. One tire was only 31. I had my tires rotated and a new sensor replaced on one tire. You would have thought that the technician would have checked the tire pressure.

The dealership is always clean, with free fresh coffee available. The service was completed in a timely manner. I had my transmission serviced and intake valves cleaned. The work was performed timely and my truck is driving well. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the lady at the checkout counter wasn’t very friendly.

Days worked me in and got my trax fixed and got me back on the road quickly.

Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted to purchase the process was very smooth. We had not eaten and they said it would take up to an hour to get a decision on the financing, so we went to grab a bite to eat; and within 5 minutes they called and gave me the details. When we got back from our meal the car was ready and the whole financing process only took less than 1 1/2 hrs total. The sales team were easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the vehicles.

Tech put the wrong oil in my car, it clearly says 0/40 on oil filler cap. It had a recall performed by you and was told it had to have the 40, which you put in last time. The tech should have asked for help when he saw the 0/40 on cap but put 0/20 in it.

Days replaced $750 ignition switch because the key wouldn't come out. Forward several months and we have the same problem, but the new diagnosis is a shifter switch. Another $700 and we're back in business. I feel like we got a $1500 solution to a $700 problem and paid twice for the labor. We have had outstanding service from the front end of this dealership! Tammy Walker had me processed and out the door yesterday in 12 minutes on a truck for our service department!

Robert with the service department called and made an appointment to have a mirror replaced on my wives vehicle and when I brought in in I was met by Robert and within an hour it was replaced and I was on my way.

I needed some maintenance on my 2022 GMC Sierra as it passes 80k miles and Tim, my service writer took great care of me and my truck. I went by the dealership on a Monday to schedule the appointment and they were able to get me in that Friday morning. Thanks to Tim and everyone at Day's Chevrolet because the truck drives like new again! The work was done as promised and actually came in less than estimated! Once again Days Cherolet of Jasper did a great job putting Michilen tires on my truck and aligning the front end. They beat everyone on price and the truck rides smooth as can be. I was in and out in no time, and the best part is I can get my rotation done when I get my truck serviced. I don't have to go to two different places and that saves me time and money!
