On time Resolved issue quickly

Repair was due to a part failing in my fuel management system. Under 20,000 miles on the truck! We had taken a short getaway weekend and were not near our home. So, we had no other transportation. Had a wrecker take it to the dealership but the dealer, or Chevrolet, has no provisions in place to help with transportation. We were basically stranded. They did not have anyone who could bring the vehicle to us, or pick us up to take us to the dealership, when vehicle was repaired and ready. I had to get a ride to dealership from a neighbor. It was warranty covered service so I had no out of pocket expense except for location charge for having it taken to dealership where I had purchased vehicle instead of closest dealer (a NINE MILE difference but, yes, they charged me for it).

As usual an excellent job was done!

Steven was spot on in helping us meet our needs. The truck was in stock, I got a great trade-in on my Outback and we did not feel pressured.

Sevice Department is great. They are always very attentive to addressing any issue that we may be experiencing with our vehicles. This last appointment was no exception.

I had an appointment at 2:30 on Monday 7/7/25. I really needed my truck back by noon so I took the truck to Days first thing in Monday. I asked Robert and Tim if there was anyway possible I needed to come back and get the truck by noon. They said they would see what they could do. Robert called me at 10:30 and said it was ready to pick up. That was a big help.

Great tire balancing job.

They always do a great job servicing my truck and taking care of me. While rotating my tires they found a nail in the left rear, they took care of it for me with no hassel and no time that I noticed added to my wait time.

The Service Manager Mike and the Service Writer Robert could not have been more professional. I had made an appointment and they were waiting for me when I arrived and took my truck right away to be serviced.

Courteous Efficient Detailed Fixed issue

Appointment went as expected with text updates and notification that the issue was resolved. Only thing for improvement would be it took me 3 weeks from the time I went to the dealership to the appointment. That is a very long wait when your instrument cluster isn't working properly.

They got it in to find out the problem and had it fixed that day. Even though it took a month for the appointment

I was there for service, I did have them look at a grill damage issue, they suggested I go to the body shop, but it looks like service tech may have fixed the issue. Its appreciated.

Had a service appt for a recall that I drive an hour to get there and they don’t have the parts even after I asked earlier in the week when the service appt reminder came in and all was good but I was very disappointed I bought my truck there but I’ll go to the main days store from now on Brenda sue takes care of her customers my shop I run is one of days biggest accounts they have chip is great down there but this Harper service I’ve never heard anything good I tried it but not again

It was an easy experience as far a dropping off and picking up. I would give them 5 stars but I got new windshield wipers and they forgot to put windshield washer fluid in my car. Seems like a given that a dealership service dept would know to top off the windshield wiper fluid. I hope they didn't forget my oil!

There was so much wrong with this service visit it can’t be covered in a few sentences. It was by far the worst service visit I have ever experienced at any dealership. I’ll be happy to talk to someone about the visit if they would like to call me. My number is (304) 539-2603. I will not be bringing either of my GM vehicles back to this dealership for service.

Went in for oil change only!! Was there approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes. Ridiculous!! I had an appointment..but that doesn't seem to matter.

Tim always does a great job. It’s unfortunate that although we knew the issue and the part that would be required to resolve the issue we had to wait for the tech to confirm. 3 weeks to get it diagnosed and now a wait for the back ordered part. Just glad the car is drivable.

The only thing was i told them i needed step assist on the truck because I've had both knees replaced. They picked the truck up from another dealership and when I got there to trade, I couldn't get in it. They charged me $850.00 for the steps. which I had to finance.

It was like the whole staff were there for me- from a very nice man who appeared the minute I turned up and opened my car door and the door into the service dept. Then Robert Kidd took over. I didn’t time my wait time but it was minimal. My car was back and ready to go before I knew it. I would recommend Days Chevy to anyone. They sure made my chore for the day pleasant!

I brought in my 2015 Silverado 2500 High Country for a basic service and to address two dash warnings — trailer brake maintenance and low coolant. They diagnosed the issues and quoted me $798, which supposedly covered a glow plug, headlight bulb, coolant reservoir sensor, and the basic service. I was told nothing was wrong with the trailer brake system and that they couldn’t get the message to reappear. The moment I picked up my truck, the error came right back on. I immediately pulled back into the dealership. As the technician hooked up his computer, antifreeze began pouring out from under my hood. The technician and manager quickly rushed my truck back into the garage and away from me. A few hours later, they called to inform me that I had blown a head gasket — something that conveniently happened right after their service. When I tried to escalate the situation to the owner, Mike Cowart attempted to intimidate me by saying, “We are required by law to report to the EPA when we work on a deleted truck.” This same dealership has serviced my deleted truck for four years without any mention of that until now. Now, on top of the original $798 bill, I’m facing $5,000–$6,000 in repairs for a head gasket replacement — which I’ll have to pay a third party for because they don’t even offer that service. I fully accept responsibility for the original service costs, but Day’s Chevrolet should absolutely cover the head gasket repair. Their handling of this situation was unprofessional, evasive, and unethical. I will strongly caution anyone considering service here to think twice before trusting you guys with their vehicle. Their poor management holds no accountability or responsibility over their uneducated technicians.

Tim was very pleasant and gave me information on available rebates and coupons that I could use to decrease my cost. The time frame it took for completion of service was what I had been told to begin with. The staff are always courteous and efficient in taking care of my needs.

They thoroughly inspected the vehicle. Let me know of a few items of concern and recommended repairs. Was able to complete scheduled service work plus the additional repairs in one visit so there was no scheduling new appointments. Everything works fine now.

Reliable

A little disappointed an oil change took 1 hour and 45 minutes. I booked my appointments months ago. I was told they got busy - which probably means they overbooked. A gentlemen who came in after me, left before I did.

Tech put the wrong oil in my car, it clearly says 0/40 on oil filler cap. It had a recall performed by you and was told it had to have the 40, which you put in last time. The tech should have asked for help when he saw the 0/40 on cap but put 0/20 in it.

Check in guy was great as always!
